01 The shop
Xiaole Strength started in 2014 in a 900 sq ft unit on Frebis Avenue, welding squat stands for a powerlifting gym that kept breaking imported ones. Twelve years later we're in 38,000 sq ft on the same street, and we still cut, weld and powder-coat everything we sell.
Two things we won't do: we don't drop-ship, and we don't sell cardio. If it isn't steel we can weld, load-test and stand behind in ten years, it doesn't go on this page.

03 Who it's for
We ask about ceiling height, slab, who trains and what breaks first. The answers change the rack, the flooring and the freight — so we quote after the call, not before.
One or two lifters, 150–400 sq ft, a 9 ft ceiling and a slab you'd rather not drill. Usually a rack, one bar, 230–350 lb of plates, a bench and flooring cut to the room.
Four to twelve stations, class turnover every 45 minutes, and equipment that has to look the same in year four. We match rack rows, plate sets and dumbbell runs to your class plan.
Bid specs, co-op purchasing, net-30 and a four-day install window between terms. Twenty to thirty-two stations, numbered and labelled, with a maintenance sheet for your AD.
Low-noise flooring, compact rigs and hardware that survives 24/7 use without a staff member to re-tighten it. We spec to your property standard and stock the spare parts.
04 Process
No showroom pressure and no design fee. If the numbers don't work for your room, we'll say so on the call.
We ask about space, ceiling, slab, who trains and budget. You get a straight answer on what fits — sometimes that's a smaller rack.
A plan of the room with every part number, price and freight line. Valid 30 days; no deposit to see it.
Cut, welded, powder-coated and crated in Columbus. Flat $189 freight, liftgate included, free over $3,500.
Our crew levels and torques every rack within 150 miles, then walks you through it. Beyond that, a vetted installer and photos.
Freight is quoted to a business address with a dock or liftgate. Residential delivery inside the garage is $95 extra.
05 Builds
Three rooms, three budgets, the same steel. Numbers are what the customer actually paid, freight and install included.

All prices in USD, ex-works Columbus, Ohio, and exclude sales tax. Ohio orders add 7.5% Franklin County tax unless a valid exemption certificate is on file. Freight is $189 flat to the contiguous 48 states, free on orders over $3,500; residential inside-garage delivery is $95 extra. Quotes are valid for 30 days. 07 Terms, plainly
These are the rules we quote on the phone. If something here is unclear, ask before you order — not after.
Ten years on frames and welded structures. Three years on moving parts: J-cups, safeties, bushings, pop pins. One year on upholstery, cables and rubber. Commercial use is covered at no surcharge. Wear on powder coat where steel meets steel is normal and not a defect.
In-stock items leave Columbus in 5–15 business days. Built-to-order racks, custom heights and colours run 4–6 weeks. You get a dated build slot within two business days of your deposit. If we miss that date by more than five days, we credit $150 of your freight.
Flat $189 to the contiguous 48 states, free over $3,500, liftgate included. Inspect the crate before you sign: note any damage on the bill of lading and send photos within 48 hours. We ship replacements and handle the carrier claim — you don't file anything.
Thirty days on unused, unassembled items in original crating, with a 15% restocking fee and return freight paid by you. Custom powder coat, cut-to-length flooring and welded modifications are final sale. Assembled equipment can't be returned, but it is covered by warranty.
Change or cancel free of charge until your build slot is scheduled. Once steel is cut, cancellation costs 20% of the order value. Moving a delivery date is free up to five business days before dispatch; after that we pass on the carrier's rebooking fee.
No cardio, no international shipping, no used trade-ins, no rush orders under five business days. We won't install on a floor we haven't seen photos of, and we won't quote a rack that doesn't clear your ceiling. Saying no is cheaper than a return.
